no payment in georgia

this guy leased some property from me but he wont pay,he says he got a5 yr.lease and i tell him not if he does,nt pay.

So far you have not provided enough pertinent information on which to respond to.

Information that would be helpful include: is the property commercial or residential, are you the property owner, is there a written lease agreement, did you read the applicable L/T laws yet, do you know that you must give written notice to the tenant to pay the overdue rent**************???
