No Record of Tenants Background

Currently pursuing evicting my tenants due to lack of rental payment. While eviction company was attempting to run there credit for assett checking in anticipation of exercising judgement we were unable to find anything under there name. I also required a copy of there licenses upon occupying propery and that information does not check out either. Will this pose as a problem in getting them out? Can I put them in jail? Please help?

Did they rent under assumed names? Are their licenses under phony names? If so they are in trouble with the police. Contact the police fraud division about this.
