What is the name of your state? NJ, My boyfriend of seven years passes one month ago, he owns a mobile home in which he paid for. The next six years I have paid ALL bills, I took good care of him since he did not work and could not support himself. I paid for the rent each month and all utility bills, He has one living relative who said he would not contest the moblie home (since there was no will). Now he is contesting it.
I have ALL documents -birth, ss. death certi. fathers irs papers that were paid. This relative has not orginal documents and did not come and visit my boyfriend but twice a year. He didn't even come to the funeral (which I paid for and monument). I feel that everything I did this should be my mobile home. Please tell me what your advise is.

It's not yours. You should speak to the surviving beneficiary about purchasing the mobile home if you really want it.
