We purchased a townhouse in California in October 1998.
We were not told that there was a problem with the tree roots outside the patio fence were invading the plumbing lines to the house.
I have had to have the lines cleared three times. Is it too late to do anything about this problem? Can we go back to the realtor and/or seller for some kind of restitution?
