It is not moveable

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon
I live in a mobile home that has been renovated with additions to make it a 4 bdrm instead of a 2bdrm. It has been sitting in the space it is in for over 25 yrs. Moving it is impossible, it is like a house instead of a mobile home.
The neighbor to the mobile home park is Charter Cable, before that Falcon Cable.
Now a judge has ordered the property owner to move the mobiles because they are on the cable companies property, and mine is one of them.
I am not in a financial position to move my home, plus if it gets moved the additions will have to be removed and rebuilt.
It will be like rebuilding the entire house again.
What can I do? I thought there was a "Grandfather Clause" that would protect me.

Well, if a judge has ruled on the situation, apparenltly not one that would apply to you.

Whose fault was it that your home was on the neighbors property?

And the additions, how did those end up placed wrong? Did your SURVEYOR err somehow?

Since you stated your in a mobile home park and its been 25 yrs heres my food for thought , WHAT does your lease say about errors with placements of homes ? Going back 25 yrs when the house was set up were you the owner at the time it was put in ? IF you were, then what was the written information about the placement of the home ? by some chance if you were given written instructions for set up do you still have them ? BTW even though it would take some work to separate the additions and jack them up and slide them away and then put them back once the main mobile is moved, Ill bet that it could be done. Last have you thought about contacting the cable co legal dept so you can see if by some chance they would be willing to allow you to rent a bit of land from them with it written into the lease that should the home change ownership, have to be replaced, is damaged by fire, weather then the lease expires ? so the house could be left as is until then ? ( how much time were you given to move the structure? )

**A: did you buy the land or were you renting space in the mobile home park?

Here is the entire story

This mobile home park has been here since 1965. The previous cable company (Falcon Cable) set the fence where it is currently.
Then Charter Cable took over Falcon Cable a little over 5 years ago. There was an easement signed with the owner of the trailer park and Falcon Cable for the fence line.
Charter moved in, and they installed a diesel generator right behind the trailer court. This is a 10ft long 15ft high generator that kicks on at night and is so loud you can't hear yourself talk. (No Exaggeration) I also puts out diesel fumes that has been bothering many of the occupants here.
So, the owner of the property started complaining about the generator. Wanting to know the reason for placing the generator on the park side of their lot instead of the opposite where there is nothing but storage units.
Arguing started between the owner here and the office manager at Charter, next thing you know, court dates start. And the judge rules for Charter. Move the fence.
This trailer along with 7 others have to be moved now and they have all been here since 1965-1969.
