In state of Pa. 5 years ago husband sold me home he owned prior to marriage for $1.00 and transferred deed into my name alone. My daughter, not his child, was renting home from me. I have a legal lease with a clause to purchase in 2 yrs. That lease was signed Oct of 2001. Husband has now filed for divorce and wants that house back. I signed no quit claim, title was transferred as I stated. Can he get it back?
