WE MOVED OUR HOME IN TRAILER PARK IN JAN 2000.UPON MOVING HOME ON LOT WE SIGNED CONTRACT STATING LOT OWNER WILL PLANT GRASS SEED AND GET NEW LAWN STARTED.AFTER 7 MONTHS OF HARD DRILLING ON GETTING LAWN UP TO PAR LIKE CONTRACT STATED OWNER WOULD DO OWNER FINALLY TOLD US THAT HE WOULD NOT AND NOW OUR LAWN IS NOTHING BUT SWAMP LAND AND OWNER NOW SAYS NOT TO BOTHER HIM WITH OUR PROBLEMS.SO WE STOPPED PAYING LOT RENT I FIGURED IF HE DID NOT HAVE TO LIVE UP TO HIS PROMISES WHY SHOULD WE LIVE UP TO OURS.LAST MONTH WE RECIEVED A LEAVE THE PREMESIS LETTER,SO WITHOUT FIGHT WE CONTACTED OUR LOCAL MOBILE HOME DEALER AND ARRANGED FOR OUR HOME TO BE MOVED ON NOVEMBER 15TH.HE JUST CALLED US AND TOLD US HE WAS AWARE OF HIS LEGAL RIGHTS AND THAT HE WAS GOING TO CALL LOCAL SHERRIFFS OFFICE AND THAT THE HOME WOULD NOT BE MOVED ONE INCH UNTIL BACK RENT WAS PAID.WE CONTACTED THE MOVERS AND SAID THIS MIGHT BE A CIVIL MATTER BUT HE HAS NO RIGHT TO TELL US THAT SINCE THERE IS NOTHING LEGAL AAND BINDING IN THE CONTRACT THAT STATES WE MUST PAY BACK RENT BEFORE REMOVING OUR HOME OFF LOT.WHAT CAN WE DO ABOUT THIS MESS PLEASE HELP US
