Oklahoma/ question on time of title transfer

In Dec/04 I purchased a mobile home from a trailer park,,,,, I paid for it in full, I did not recieve the title till the the end of Dec/05..... I moved out of the trailer in november and was letting a friend live there,,,,, I gave my friend the title when the trailer park had finally given it to me,,,,, the trailer park did not have me sign the title,,, and the date on the title was in June, when it wasnt purchased at that time,,,,, is there a specific time line as to when they should have given me the title? and shouldnt the date of sale matched?... my friend is moving the mobile home today,, and is took the air conditioner and the porch... the trailer park said they are going to press charges against me for that,,,,, can they press charges against me when I had told the trailer park i had sold the mobile home to my friend.?
