old barn crossing property line

live in ga. old falling apart barn crosses property line. small portion on my property. adjoining land owner does not want to tear down barn. what are my rights concerning the barn or at least the part on my land.

If there is no encroament agreement, you can file court action to force removal of at least the section that is on your property.
