What is the name of your state? Maryland

My sister and I own a condo and a single family home together. We pay half the mortgage on the condo and rent out the other home to our other sister. I want to disolve the co-ownership because I want to purchase my own home. How do I go about doing this?

**A: negotiate a buy-out.

Please explain

Thanks for your reply HomeGuru. But could you explain with a little more detail about how and a buy-out would entail? Thanks
