Ohio- i bought a new construction home from an owner/builder. he signed a 1yr.builder's warranty and now is refusing to make good on the contract. what laws can i use to defend my self in small claims. i have filed three seperate cases against him.

Contact www.hadd.com, www.hobb.org, your State consumer protection and Attorney General's office, and www.ftc.gov
There are both State and Federal warranty laws that may help you based not only on express (in writing) but implied warranties. Consider also breach of contract, unfair and decepetive trade practices etc. Throw the 2x4 at him. Good luck to you.
