What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Idaho
I bought a road that was going to be auctioned off by the county. Someone else had bid on it, so I bought it. The piece also included my drive-way. There are several people that live on this road. Is there something I should be aware of, if any of my neighbors challange me?

Only that you now are responsible for the road care and maintenance -- including plowing during the winter. Your neighbors may take advantage of you by asking you to do all kinds of things to it to improve travel on it. I'm assuming that you are reuired to provide easement access to any properties located off this road...

Will you be starting your own highway patrol or tax/toll system?? :)
