part of my neighbors house is on my property

What is the name of your state? georgia
i own property that i have lived on since 1987 and i recently built a new house on it.i purchased the property and put a mobile home on it originally so a new survey was not required by the bank at that time and a old survey was used.when i built my new home a survey was required and was done by a licensed surveyor.the surveyor and bank informed that my neighbors house is 6.4 feet on my property.i also checked with the property tax office in my county and the showed my a aerial photo with property lines that also showed the encroachment.i contacted my neighbor and informed him of this and that he would need to contact surveyors of his own so we could work this out.he stated that he would be interested in buying some of the property from me to fix the problem.i gave him a price that is consistent with land value in my area and he now states that he is happy with the survey done when he bought his property that is wrong.i had 1.75 acres of my land that is in dispute suryeyed as a seperate lot so it would not affect the new mortgage.this property is mine and has no mortgage.the neighbor is holding me up on selling this property because of the encroachment.what is next

**A: one option would be to complete an encroachment agreement.
