    Partition Sale Cost & Fees

    What is the name of your state? Maryland

    I have read the post from FlyingRon & tipiovoso in regards to a possible partition sale of investment property.

    I am in a similar situation. Does anyone know the cost & Fees associated with such a process? Does the court appoint a trustee to sell the property and does he/she get a percentage of the sale for the service and what that fee is?

    A: The lawyer you hire to do this should explain this in detail.

    A: Yes, yes, and I don't know. Ask your lawyer that one too.
