My mother has purchased a rental property with her husband approximately 4 years ago. The home currently has 70,000 in equity. Her husband has left her, with no notice of his where abouts. Is there any way that she can sell this home without his signature on the purchase and sales agreement? ANY suggestions or comments would greatly be appreciated.

Contact a real estate and family law attorney. Since he is on title he would need to sign unless you can verify his death or abandonement.
