Ohio -- township zoned single family residential - one non-resident property owner has horses and cows, township says based on this he can do anything he wants - he is exempt from zoning - man is running rent-a-party business - partying, loud music, drinking -- this is agricultural in nature is what they tell me. 2nd neighbor who does live on property thought this great idea - started his own party business - township says this neighbor can do what he wants because not because he is agricultural, but because he said his rent-a-party is private club which makes it exempt from zoning laws. pls advise if these excuses are true.
