I live on a lake in Colorado and the development plat done on this subdivision by the city states that the homeowners on this lake have "passive lake rights." I was wondering what this means?

**A: Contact the City and get their definition. Off hand I would take it to mean fishing and canoeing but not active water sports such as motor boating, water skiing etc.
