I bought a forclosure property in Arizona 45 days ago. The former owner, (son of the deceased residents) has a large amount of personal property in the garage that he professes to want, but hasn't done anything to claim it. At what point can I; take possession of this personal property, sell it, store it in his name? How do I ensure that he can no longer claim it?....public notice of a certain # of days? What type public notice is acceptable?
