Personal Property left after close by prior owner

What is the name of your state? Ohio. I closed on a house located in Akron Ohio one month ago, Aug. 06, 2004. The previous owner left many items of personal property behind. These items include such things as televisions and other electronics to clothing, furniture, and sealed boxes of unknown content. The previous owner has made no attemp to contact me in regard to what he intends to do with this personal property. It is now one month past the date of close.
