The supply drop to my house is hanging very low 7' Sunnyvale, CA, built in 1955. If I bring this up to PGE, would PGE be responsible for raising it, or would I?

It would not hurt to ask your city / county inspections desk for information too such as any so called ordinances or what your state electric code says is a acceptable distance from the lowest sag point of the aerial drop that supplies your home is , even though PGE owns that drop you may want to also know if the city would require a underground line if it has to be changed .
