police clearance w.r.t. "alien landholder" license?

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? CA

looking for what constitutes a "police clearance" to purchase caribbean real estate as "alien landholder". partner had a public intoxication arrest, no contest plea, reduced to infraction. will this prevent a police clearance
