Pool Question

What is the name of your state? Missouri

We bought a house with an in-ground pool. A couple of weeks after we closed we noticed that the pool kept losing water. There is no water leaking at any of the above ground parts (pump, filter, etc.). We're assuming it's from the underground pipe with the bottom drain.

We feel certain that the sellers must have known it was doing this. The disclosure statements says that they are not aware of any problems with the pool.

Do we have any legal right to go back to the seller regarding this?What is the name of your state?
