Property owner rights on easementThere is an access easement across my property which is used by my neighbor as a driveway. The neighbor drives very fast on the easement, endangering the safety of me and my family--we also use the easement. Can I install speedbumps on the easement, and if yes, would the neighbor be able to remove them? State: Washington |

| Yes, because it is your property. Install a slow sign and a flashing red light if you want to. Neighbor cannot touch it. |
