Can a owner of a condo be evicted by the condo association without warning after one meeting of the board? Just curious, since it is the owner not a renter.
It depends on what the reason for the eviction was.
If the owner went around with an AK-47 shooting up the place or was manufactuing crystal meth in his apartment, yes. If due to non-payment of HOA fees, no.
It is for small various reasons made by 2 neighbors: parking, noise, dog, nothing big but they make it out to be. I do not think they can do anything but fine me, is this correct?
