Problem with neighbor

What should I do? My neighbor decided to cut down a hugh tree on his own and it landed in my back yard (it took out 20 trees in my yard). My homeowner's insurance does not cover my yard and my neighbor's insurance should cove the damage. However, my neighbor is refusing to give us his insurance company. What should I do?
