What is the name of your state? Wisconsin
We bought a house 2 months back..a month back we have found leaking in the garage along one wall..called a roof contractor to come look at it...the roof contractor looked at it and determined the problem..came and fixed it a few days later..which the problem of the leaking was the Roof Ridge Venting on the garage roof...he had said the Roof Ridge Vent that was on the garage roof was done poorly..he had replaced it and put a different kind of Roof Ridge Vent on..it had rained a few days after that..it was still leaking...(more roof problems)so called the roof contractor and had him come back..and found out it was the Valleys along the garage and house..havent come to fix it yet...

in our agreement in before closing that the Roof Ridge was suppose to be taken care of...because an inspector found a problem in it...ive written a letter to the original owners..about that we had the Roof Ridge Vent replaced..they are saying that it shouldnt of been replaced..that they done it correctly (which they didnt have a contractor come and do it..they did it by themselves)..and they dont have to refund us for that money.
they said that they knew about the Valleys causing leaking...
when we were closing..we never knew about any leaks what so ever..they never had told us that the garage leaked...
we are in the process in getting the Valleys replaced and fixed...and want our money back for the replacement of this..because they knew about the leaking from the beginning and sold us the house knowing about the leaks..not telling us...

are we able to get all of our money back for both repairs?
