mississippi,i bought some property through foreclosure with a lawsuit that was pending.the family that lost the property filed a lawsuit which has recently been dismissed due to statue of limitations.in the meantime i had also filed a lawsuit /countersuit.now i want to move to dismiss my case so the title of my property can be cleared.what is the process for dismissal?will it require signatures from all of the defendants in my case or is it just a letter informing them of my move to dismiss my case.since their case was dismissed due to the statue of limitations, shouldn't my name be on the deed now?
