Property Control

What is the name of your state? California
What is a Full Reconveyance? My ex wife signed one and it says that I owe her zero dollars. now she wants to take property control and make me sell the house and that I have to immediately vacate the residence.

**A: talk to your divorce attorney. You are both probably still on the mortgage loan.
