property damage from neighbors tree roots

my concrete driveway has been badly damaged by my neighbors tree roots causing a tripping hazard .she refuses to do anything.
if I repair the damage myself, legally can I take her to small claims court for the replacement cost and have a good chance for a favorable decision ?
