What is the name of your state? MN.
I live in Minnesota; there is more than one kind deed to property. Does anyone know what a Fee Simple Absolute deed is?

Fee Simple Absolute is not a type of deed, it is a type of ownership (estate). It is the most complete form of ownership our law recognizes.

Not in Tennessee. The most complete ownership in them thar hills is a shotgun and a collection of revenuer's badges on the wall ;)
