I need to add a family member to my property deed. Is it possible to do this without an attorney?

Yes, all you need to do is prepare a deed doing the grant. Forms are available on the LEGAL FORMS section of this web site. Sign and notarize and file with the appropriate agency (typically the courthouse).

The big issue is are you aware of the implications of this? You are giving away (irrevocably) a share of of the property. There may be tax and other issues involved with this move. What are you attempting to accomplish? This is why lawyers are well advised.
