Property Deed and OwnsershipWhat is the name of your state? - Washington, DC My husband signed his apartment building over to his daughter at no value and put the deed in her name to protect from the IRS putting a property lien on it. His intention was to sell it. Now she won't let him sell it and hewants to get it deeded back to him. How can we do that? |
