What is an owners rights to reclaim easement property that is used for a sidewalk behind a owners propoerty. The sidewalk cut through a back yard easement to an elementry school. All home owners connected to the easment would like to close the sidewalk and reclaim the property.

You need to talk to the beneficiary of the easement. If it is the government, it may not be easy to terminate the easement.
