We settled on our home on April 7th 2008. On our sellers agreement we stated that all items must be vacant from home. After we purchased the home the previous owner has left numerous things in the home. anywhere from boxes of papers to frig, washer, dryer, lawnmower, etc. the only things that were noted on the settlement that was to come with the purchase of the house was stove, and shed and also an abdoned car with no title. What course of action do we have? We have made several calls to him to come pick up the stuff and he says he will and never shows. Has the property become ours now?? Any advice would help! Thanks
