Child Support Lien and Hospital bill liens on home. Both belong to ex-co-borrower. House is now deeded to only myself. How can I have liens removed so I can refinance home without have to pay his bills?

**A: if the liens were put on at the time the ex-co-borrower was on title, you are stuck with paying them off. Since any transfer of property interest via quit claim with the liens on title does not remove the liens.
