Property Line~!What is the name of your state? Florida, I recently purchased a lot in Ruskin, Florida. There is a Tree that was planted by one neighbor which is located on the Property line on the south side of the property (according to the survery). I do not want this tree. The owner who planted it (and admits doing so) wants to keep it. If I cut it down am I liable in any way. He knowingly planted this tree on the property line! Thanks |

| sure you can cut it down. Right down the middle from top to bottom. Then, if it dies you're going to be liable for the cost of replacing it and for destruction of private property. |
