My friend has resided in a home for 10 years, the neighbor is selling her home and there is a dispute of the ingress/egress between their homes. The neighbor is being a real terror, she claims that she wants to use this area now (the strip in question goes to no where); my co worker is asking about some rule that involves the time that no one has used it, is there something that says after so many years it loses it's status as a right of way? This neighbor is a terror, the deputies have been called and told her they can't do anything. The woman is insisting that anything on this area be moved immediately. Any help appreciated, or link to site that explains this will be helpful. Thanks.

Donna does your friend know If there Is a formal easement agreement that was made by other property owners before she came along ? was this used as a driveway at one time or a foot path to go to either home ?
