property line disputes


What is the name of your state? ohio
my neighbor kept parking in my driveway-prosecutor's office told him it was my property so today he put up stakes,rope,and orange flyers stating private property and is on my property , he did not follow boundaries and in the process also blocked me from entering the alley so my cars are in my backyard with no way out now, what can i do

With him being a police officer and this town is crooked as h---
I would probably get arrested.

Survey


Have you had a boundary survey performed by a licensed surveyor? That is the only way to know exactly where your property boundaries are.

If you have had a survey and are absolutely sure it is your property, you can sue him for tresspass.
