What is the name of your state? oklahoma
our question is this. we have mowed and maintained about one acre of the adjacent property for approximately 18 years. our driveway and part of our yard is on this property. it was this way when we purchased our land. the adjacent property is for sale and has been for years. we would like to fence in our drive and entryway. is there any kind of quit claim deed or anything else we can do to do this legally?

**A: hire an attorney or research the applicable adverse possession laws in your state.
