i live in a subdivision under a owners association. several property owners are angered that the assessments that we pay are being used for certain clicks and not the good of the community. our assessments are to be used for the upkeep and improvement of the community, but instead things are being removed and not replaced. is there any legal way we can get our board members to stop doing this? they have already taken our vote away on many matters. a group of property owners want to sue for back assessments, because the board is not using them for the community. can we do this?
