Property Settlement

What is the name of your state? Louisiana

My husband has been divorced from his former wife for about 5 or 6 yrs. He is wondering if he has any rights to property and savings incurred from that marriage. They didn't do a property settlement. His former wife had already bought a house-the loan was in her name, but when they married she had the house put in both of their names. Also, she put money(direct deposit) from her check(employment) every week. The account was in her name only & was started before they married.
