| Hi there. Can someone tell me if I can deduct the mortgage payments on a house I own outside of california on my california tax returns. For example lets say I bought a house in oregon but I live in california, can I write off the interest on the mortgage payments and the maintence cost of owning the house on my california tax return? Is the house considered a vacation home or a second home? thank you. |
