My parents live in north central Florida. They received a letter from a realtor advising them that a cell telephone tower would be built on a parcel of land located behind their home and that access to this proposed tower site would happen over an easement my parents had provided to the previous owner of the land. The previous owner represented to my parents that the land would be used as a single residential property only. Is this a real estate, county zoning or eminent domain law matter?
