Question about selling trailer home

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Idaho
We sold a trailer house that we bought before our property and house in North Idaho. The people have never paid us for it and we do not care to own it again. Problem is , they have never transfered the title and we have been having to pay the property taxes ever since. This year we asked them to go take care of it and they haven't. A lien has been put on our land and house that we currently reside in. What legal rights do we have? Can we evict them and resell? Can we condemn it and have them legally removed from the property ? Can we get a duplicate copy of the title and give it away? We are sick of paying for this, plus if they get behind on the lot rent we get a call from the park owner, are we legally responsible to pay the lot rent?

Please help, we are at our wits end and cant afford it in this economy with 5 children. ThanksWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
