Quick Claim Deed

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Fl.
FL
My Husband & I own a house, it is finance under my name. The deed of the house is on both of our names. My husband for the last year has been having an affair with a co worker. He has abandon our home two times in the last three months. I am sure he is going to leave because he has been fired. When he leaves I have no way to contact him because he does not tell me where he is or a number where he could be reached. We have no children together. We own this house and nothing else. My husband has alot of financial problems. I will like to get a quick claim deed before he goes, I am going to file for a divorce but I am afraid he is not going to stick around. He has agreed to sign a quick claim deed. Will that help me at all if I would need to sell this house? We have been married for 7 years.
What would a quick claim do for me? Do I need to go to an attorney to get the quick claim deed or can I find it online.
