quick question

What is the name of your state? Massachusetts

After doing a lot of investigating, we have answered questions regarding our access easement. We had our lot surveyed on 6-11-02, then sent a letter requesting these people remove their property from ours. My question is this...how long of a grace period do they have to conduct their own survey of the land? How soon may we request they remove structures and items that are on our property? Thank you
