Quit Claim deed

What is the name of your state? New York

I have a quit claim deed filled out by my Ex it is complete and has a notary stamp. How do I file it in NY.

The official records filing depository in the county where the property on that deed is situated. Most likely that official records recording office would be the courthouse in the county where that property is situated.
