Can I fill out & file a quit claim deed without an attorney? If so where can I get info on how to do & where to file?

You can probably get a blank quit claim deed from the county treasurer/recorder. However, an attorney can let you know if quit claiming will actually solve your problems or just put you in a worse position.

This is not legal advice and you are not my client. Double check everything with your own attorney and your state's laws.
