see your local title or escrow agent

but I think a warranty deed from you to: you and Hubby as JTWROS or whatever way you want to hold title

Why are you looking to add your spouse to the deed? Is there a mortgage?

Simplest would be a quit claim deed. Your name to Spouse and Your name as Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship (JTWROF).
