quit claim deed in regards to proposition 13

What is the name of your state? ca

I am on title with my parents, sister and brother-in-law and myself. I would like the title transfered to myself with a quit claim deed. If I do will I be reappraised and lose the prop 13? I am over 55. Can I use Prop 60/90 to avoid being re appraised? Or is there any other program that I can use to keep Prop 13 and be on title by myself? Would it be best to leave my parents on title to inherit and take my sister and bother in law off only? Or if I take anyone off would be I be re appraised the same regardless?

If I record a Quit Claim deed that was notarized a few years ago but not recorded would I be appraised the year notarized or when it gets recorded?

Any ideas to help - would be greatly appreciated.
